- Thank God, no. I went to the hospital to visit Tita Miel and Sophia Ochoa's younger sister, Sabina.

- None. A good start of being legal! :))
Where did you go on vacation?
- Uh, home. xp But, I went to the beach with batchmates last day of April.

a fun time like the old times.
I really had fun during TCOA Christmas party last Friday at the Pastores' house. I was able to bond with Shek, Lauren, Charmaine, and Mash again. ♥
I super missed them. Feeling ko, 10 years na kami hindi nagkikita, wahahaha. Before, I used to see them every single day in ballet. But then now, we have different things to do and different places to be in. So, it's really rare that we can be all together. Especially with Lauren, because she's now studying in the States. As Teacher Chelo points out every Life 101, God has different plans for each of us. I'm happy that in each of us, every plan is working out and God still makes time for us to be together.
Anyway, will share some of the pics during the party. :D

Charmaine, Bea, and I slept over after. We did our "stalking" thing, but no Wii. =| But still, I had fun catching up with them. I really had fun. I was so happy to see everyone again.

8 days to go before Christmas!
And finally, I CAN FEEL THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT!
Yes, now lang. Why? Because of all the school finals stress, I cannot feel it coming. I was asked one time of what do I want for Christmas, I could not think of anything. I had a lot of other things in mind to worry. But now, I can finally look forward to Christmas and think of what I want! It's not yet too late to wish, right? :))
I'm not gonna place here the 'impossible to have' this Christmas. (You know, the MACBOOK PRO and LENS. That would be my all year round wish until I would get them. But I would be really, really, really happy if I would receive them. :D)
1. a printed backpack (the jansport one, heehee.)
2. a devotional book
3. team manila shirt
4. purple jeans
5. a nice flat sandals (from celine! or from anywhere. basta maganda.)
6. a purple cd bookcase
7. colored pens
8. a purple ipod shuffle
The last one, I just thought of it this afternoon. I saw one purple shuffle yesterday in Mall of Asia. I want that, though I am not into music and ipod stuff much. I want it because it's purple. :D I would use it anyway. I would.

oil on canvas.
Since I was a kid, I'm really fond of those coloring stuff. I remember having a lot of coloring books, crayons, and colored pens. But, what I didn't appreciate much was painting. It was a complicated art for me: I would have to draw first, mix the colors, and then have certain strokes as I apply the paint.
As I took my COLREND (color rendering) subject this term, I was able to appreciate painting so much more. I guess this subject was one of those subjects this term that I really learned a lot. I was able to use different kinds of paint: acrylic, watercolor, and even oil. I learned how to use each appropriately. I was able to explore this art and create my own works from them. Once, when our prof returned our plates, I felt so happy seeing a positive comment on my work. Feeling ko ang galing galing ko na, wahahahaha!
This COLREND experience made me explore things that I wasn't able to try out even before. When we were told that we would be using oil paint for our finals, I panicked. OIL?! Ang hirap kaya nun! But as usual, our prof didn't discourage us. As he would always say when he gives us a plate, kaya niyo yan. Well yeah, true, nakayanan ko nga, nakayanan naman namin.
So here goes my COLREND finals painting!
For our finals, we were asked to choose an existing painting, then we would change its colors. We would have it painted on a 16 x 20 canvas. I chose Andy Warhol's Four Flowers. Easy lang kasi, and not so complicated, wahahahaha!
I'm really proud of myself being able to do this.
O diba, nakapagoil paint na ako, sa canvas pa talaga!

signs of freedom.
2 more weeks to go, I'm finally free! :D
The past months were really stressful. Requirements here and there, due at this date and the other one on the next. I would have to go here and there, think for this and that, and stay up late until it's done. I almost broke down of stress, well at some point I actually did, and gave up on the workload. I lacked sleep so much, that in the morning my mind cannot work.
Requirements for finals really required WORK, mental and physical work. But hey, I was able to survive them.. one by one.
This week, 4 of my subjects ended already. (This means, this would be the last week I would have to go to school everyday. Woohooo!) Last meeting for FOTOGRA and DESPRIN was yesterday, and PE and HARTDS2 was this morning. I submitted already my requirements for those subjects, all I'm waiting for is my course card. (My prof in HARTDS2 said I'm a candidate for a 4. Oh God, please let it be 4. :D) I have 3 more subjects to attend to for the next 2 weeks. The only thing I don't like is that, I would have to go to school just for a while, even when I really don't have class for that day. Why? Just to submit.
But nevermind, I will be free soon, so soooooon.

The past months were really stressful. Requirements here and there, due at this date and the other one on the next. I would have to go here and there, think for this and that, and stay up late until it's done. I almost broke down of stress, well at some point I actually did, and gave up on the workload. I lacked sleep so much, that in the morning my mind cannot work.
Requirements for finals really required WORK, mental and physical work. But hey, I was able to survive them.. one by one.
This week, 4 of my subjects ended already. (This means, this would be the last week I would have to go to school everyday. Woohooo!) Last meeting for FOTOGRA and DESPRIN was yesterday, and PE and HARTDS2 was this morning. I submitted already my requirements for those subjects, all I'm waiting for is my course card. (My prof in HARTDS2 said I'm a candidate for a 4. Oh God, please let it be 4. :D) I have 3 more subjects to attend to for the next 2 weeks. The only thing I don't like is that, I would have to go to school just for a while, even when I really don't have class for that day. Why? Just to submit.
But nevermind, I will be free soon, so soooooon.
